Your order is being processed or is being packed. Due to recent influx of orders because of the holiday season there is a slight delay in orders. Your package will be delivered please be patient. We will do every in our power to get orders out as soon as possible. USPS is currently experiencing a delay in package sending. We have no control on how fast the orders are delivered. We ship out orders as soon as we can but once it is shipped we no longer have the ability to touch the package. We can not speed up orders once they are shipped out. Once the holiday season is over you can expect shipping time to speed up to the normal processing days.

We are shipping orders as soon as possible. Typically orders that have Hair MasQ's will take longer (5-10 business days) because they are customized to orders. Products that are not customized typically are shipped between 3-5 business days. Please note the holiday season effects the timing of the orders. There might be a delay.
We do not accept cancelation once orders are shipped.
